"Shipping left me a little unsure"
My order showed up a bit later than I thought it would. It wasn’t a huge delay or anything, and the packaging was totally fine, but the shipping updates were lacking. I kept checking for clearer info and didn’t really get much, which made the whole thing feel a little less reliable than I expected

"Wish there were more customization options"
I was trying to customize some party favors, but uh, the options were way more limited than I expected. The names didn’t fit properly, and the preview was kind of confusing to use. I ended up getting frustrated and just ordered from another place instead.

The prices are fine, I guess, but I wouldn’t really call it a great value. I kind of expected more for what I paid, and it felt like I had to do extra work just to make it feel worth it.

"Ordering was more hassle than it should’ve been"
I tried placing an order on smilemakers.com and it was frustrating. The pages were loading slowly, my cart changed on me twice, and you don’t really get a clear idea of the shipping until the very end of checkout.
I also didn’t get a confirmation right away, so you’re just sitting there wondering if the order even went through. It wasn’t the smoothest experience, ordering should feel a lot easier than that.

"Support was fine, just a little slow"
Customer service did get back to me, so I can’t really complain too much. It just took a bit longer than I was hoping for. Maybe it’s just me, but I prefer quicker replies when I’m trying to sort something out. Overall, not a bad experience, just wish the response time was faster.

"Not quite what I expected"
The items were okay, but they looked a lot smaller in person than they did in the photos. I don’t know, I guess I was expecting them to be a bit more like what was shown… just kind of disappointing

"Billing Was Such a Hassle"
I tried to pay my invoice, but the balance kept showing up wrong every time. I reached out to support and waited way too long for help, and then I still got hit with a late fee. Come on now, that’s just frustrating. Definitely not using this again

It was... okay. Like, not bad at all, but not something I'd get super excited about either. The quality was decent enough, just not quite perfect.

"Delivery was all over the place"
I ordered some supplies and the delivery date kept getting pushed around, which was really frustrating. It ended up arriving late, and I never got a clear update about what was going on. The worst part was there didn’t seem to be any actual person I could talk to—just automated messages that didn’t help. It messed up my plans, so I probably won’t order from them again if I need something by a certain date

"Promo Code Was More Stress Than Savings"
I used a promo code thinking I’d get a decent discount, but the savings weren’t that impressive. It ended up being more annoying than I expected, because I had to double-check everything at checkout just to see if it even worked. Not the worst experience, but definitely more stress than I wanted for such a small discount.

"Nice mix of little prizes and goodies"
I’ve ordered from SmileMakers a couple times now, and overall they’ve got a solid variety of small toys, prizes, and little giveaway-type stuff. I was browsing longer than I meant to, which always happens to me online, I start looking for one thing and somehow remember I also need sticky notes or birthday candles or whatever. Anyway, some of the items do feel kind of similar after a while, but I still found what I needed without much hassle. Good option if you need a bunch of little rewards or treats. I’d give it 4 stars.

"Bulk order turned into a headache"
I placed a bulk order for our office through SmileMakers, it was frustrating. A few things were missing, a couple items arrived damaged, and the shipping took longer than I was expecting. When I reached out for help, the responses were slow and felt kind of generic, like I was just a ticket number instead of someone trying to fix an actual problem. I ended up scrambling last minute to replace what we didn’t get. Maybe they’re fine for smaller orders, but I wouldn’t trust them again for a bulk order.

I’m not sure if it was just me, but the pages seemed to load slowly, and the checkout process felt kind of confusing. I had to pause a couple times to figure out what to do next, which made the whole experience a little annoying...

"Return process was a bit of a hassle"
The item itself was fine, but the return ended up taking longer than I expected. The refund eventually came through, so that was good, but I wish the process had been a little smoother.
